Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Relax Mind iOS application ("Service") operated by Relax Mind ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Relax Mind app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Relax Mind is designed to assist with stress reduction and mindfulness, but it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or experienced on the Relax Mind app.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Relax Mind offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features. By selecting a subscription, you agree to the following terms, which are required by Apple:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and will identify the cost of the renewal.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that service, where applicable.
• Standard EULA: In addition to these Terms, your use of the app is also governed by the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including audio sessions, texts, graphics, and animations), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RelaxMind and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app, or to bypass any security measures.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Relax Mind, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
